SHADe was founded by Sherisse Hill, MSN, ARNP, an experienced nurse practitioner, aesthetic educator, and leader in modern aesthetic medicine. She received advanced training from pioneers in the field, including Dr. Jean Carruthers; a pioneer of anti-aging treatments. Her clinical background includes more than a decade of hands-on experience in both hospital and aesthetic settings, where she developed a deep understanding of the relationship between internal wellness and external beauty.
This experience led Sherisse to envision a different kind of practice that prioritizes personalized care, long-term results, and a more holistic approach to aging. That vision became SHADe, a space where science, wellness, and artistry come together to support natural beauty and confidence at every stage of life.
